Technical Customer Service Specialist

Requirements:

  • Fluent Lithuanian language in spoken and written
  • Good English language skills
  • Positive attitude and excellent soft skills
  • Excellent communication skills, especially telephone manner
  • Russian language will be considered as advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Support customers via calls, e-mails and chats
  • Closely work together with Team Leader to find solutions for customers
  • Accuracy in data entry

Start date: As soon as possible

Salary: Hourly rate, from 6.45 Eur (Eur/Gross) - 7.10 Eur (Eur/Gross);

Work time: Monday-Friday, work in 8 h shifts, from 08:00 AM till 19:00 PM;

Location: Work from home / preferably in Kaunas or nearby region
